Svetlana Gadzhieva Wins Silver at the 2025 Women Changing the World Awards

I’m sharing this a little later than planned, but with a full heart.

On April 3rd, 2025, in London, I had the honor of receiving Silver (2nd Place) in the People’s Choice – Global Impact category at the Women Changing the World Awards.

This recognition means more than I can put into words. It’s not just about me — it’s about the mission I’ve committed myself to as a CPA and auditor working with visionary companies and global leaders who are truly changing the world.

My work often happens behind the scenes: reviewing financials, ensuring compliance, identifying risk, building trust. It may not look glamorous, but it’s foundational. For international companies that drive innovation, create jobs, and solve global challenges, transparency, accuracy, and ethical financial oversight are not optional. They’re essential.

As a CPA, I have the privilege of supporting these organizations from the inside out. I help them stay accountable, protect their reputation, and scale with confidence. And when you help a company that’s improving lives around the world, you are, in your own way, part of that change too.

To be recognized on a global stage for that contribution — and especially in a category like People’s Choice – Global Impact — is incredibly meaningful. It tells me that the quiet, diligent work of financial professionals doesn’t go unnoticed. That integrity, precision, and purpose still matter.
